Shipping & Returns

BlindShell USA will only issue refunds on products that receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form within 30-days of delivery or time of purchase for showroom pickups, unless otherwise noted at the time of sale. All returns require prior arrangements for return. Customers who receive an RMA are responsible for return shipping costs on the item and customer must ship the return within 7-days of the RMA being issued or the return will be canceled. To request a return authorization, click here. Returns received without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will not be processed for refund or exchange.

Deliveries of defective items and incorrect order fulfillments are exempt from any restocking fee and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with warranty terms. Our shipping and handling costs/charges for packaging and sending the item to you are not refundable.

All components must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging with all parts, manuals and materials in new condition. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be refunded. All original manufacturer boxes must be placed in shipping boxes and kept free of labels and packaging tape for returns.
BlindShell USA reserves the right to refuse refunds at our discretion although our goal will always be customer satisfaction.
